Small team. Regulated problem. Spec before screen.

We're Placeholder: [N] people across Lucknow and Placeholder: [US CITY], building an operations layer for an industry where a wrong number is an enforcement case. We write the spec and the failure states first, ship in small approved steps, and treat “the model handled it” as a bug report. If that sounds slow, it isn't — it's how you ship to a dispensary without being on the phone at 6 a.m.

  • HOW WE WORK

    Written specs, real fixtures, verifier checklists.

    Every module has a spec with the state rules, the data-use rules and the non-happy states. Screens are built from fixtures whose arithmetic is checked. Claude Code drives most implementation; humans own the spec and the review.

  • STACK

    Open source, all the way down.

    NestJS and TypeScript services, Postgres, Flutter apps, Docker, GitHub Actions, DigitalOcean. Claude API for capture and drafting; Resend for mail; Sentry while the free tier lasts.
