What's in a rule pack
Rules as code, with a citation and a version.
Each rule has an ID, the regulation it cites, the check it runs, and one of three outcomes: allowed, blocked, or UNKNOWN. UNKNOWN always routes to a named person. Packs are reviewed by counsel before release and every change creates a new version — old proposals keep the version they were checked against.

Schedule III for state-licensed medical: your books now need two columns.
The DOJ/DEA order of April 22–23, 2026 moved state-licensed medical marijuana to Schedule III; 280E no longer applies to qualifying medical activity, while adult-use stays Schedule I. Dual-license operators are told to separate medical and adult-use activity in operations and recordkeeping.
