We're onboarding founding stores in Michigan, California and New York. You get locked pricing and a named engineer who ships what your store needs. We get honest feedback and, when the numbers are real, permission to publish them.

WHAT WE ASK

The deal

  • Read-only access to your POS and Metrc from day one; module writes only as you approve them.
  • Fifteen minutes a week with your GM or ops lead for the first 12 weeks.
  • Blunt feedback — what's wrong, what's slow, what you'd never use.
  • A case study, later — only with numbers reconciled to Metrc, only after you've read and approved every word.
  • No exclusivity. Keep every other tool you use.

  2. WEEKS 1–4

    Compliance live

    Daily recon, manifests, invoice capture, overnight briefing.

  3. WEEKS 5–12

    Close modules

    Purchasing, price intel, loyalty, storefront — in the order you vote.

  4. MONTH 4+

    Numbers

    Pre/post benchmark from the ledger. Publish only if you say so.

Who qualifies

  • A licensed retailer (medical, adult-use or dual) in MI, CA or NY — one store or many.
  • On Dutchie, Treez, Flowhub, Cova, BLAZE, or willing to run a nightly CSV export.
  • An owner or GM who will actually open the morning briefing.
  • Not required: a tech team, a data warehouse, or leaving anything you use today.
